- The product arrived damaged, defective, or spoiled.
- The product is past its expiration date upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or partially consumed food items.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
- Orders placed by mistake or cases of "buyer's remorse" once the order has been shipped.
How to Request a Refund or Return
If your order qualifies for a return or refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement within 2 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. We may also offer the option to send a replacement item free of charge instead of a refund.
