Order Processing

All orders placed through Samyang Food Store are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders over $12000. For orders under this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply based on the delivery destination and package weight.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, your order will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse facility based on your location:

• South Korea: Serving domestic and regional Asian markets.
• United States: Serving North American and surrounding international regions.
• Thailand: Serving Southeast Asia and surrounding regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
